I wanted to thank you for all your help. You really have been brilliant. Always calm and sensitive to the nature of things. And I felt like I could ask you any question and you'd be straight back with a clear and informative answer.

It has been very easy for me to feel the stress in the last months but you have been totally reassuring and it's been great having someone I feel I could instantly trust.

It seems a long time ago that you came around to my old rented apartment to run through the first home owner process with me. But.. no more.. as I now have a home. I got the keys yesterday and went and sat on the floorboards with my friend and drank champers and discussed what I'd put in the living room.

Just a quick word of thanks for all your help.

Beginning with the initial telephone conversation we had with you and all the way through the process nothing was a bother.

You were great, we asked lots of questions and you took all the time needed to ensure we understood everything. We didn't feel inadequate because we had obviously bought our first home later in life and had a lot of financial "catching up" to do.

We consolidated all of our debts and borrowed a little extra too. We are renovating our bathroom and replacing a very tired car, and our weekly repayments are less than what we where paying before.

Even more importantly we will save thousands of dollars in unnecessary interest repayments because of the rapid reduction strategy Jamie set up for us.

We now really feel we are in control of our finances now and the whole process was easy thanks to Jamie and HunterWide's non-biased help.
